Rahim (played by Amir Jadidi) is a calligrapher and painter who ends up in prison due to his unpaid debts to Bahram (Mohsen Tanabandeh). Rahim, on a two-day leave, discovers a bag containing several gold coins. Farokhneh (Sahar Goldust), his speech therapy clinic secretary, informs Rahim that by selling the coins, she can pay off his debt to Bahram. However, Rahim realizes that the money from the coins is not enough, and Bahram wants all of his demands fulfilled, as the money was for his daughter's dowry. Regretful, Rahim decides to return the money to its owner.
